Documentation from the Low Emission Strategy Regional Groups is presented on our website, and will be updated as their work continues.
Liverpool has produced the following which may be useful to other authorities:
- The third Merseyside Local Transport Plan (LTP3) became active from 1st April 2011 and includes a low emission strategy.
- A technical report explored the use of offset contributions to support low emissions buses.
- The group has produced a draft Merseyside good practice guide for controlling construction emissions.
- They also held a dissemination event on 6th April in Liverpool City Centre. The event was attended by 46 delegates with presentations describing progress on each output and from Electric Vehicle recharging infrastructure suppliers.
