Applications Received for the ‘Regional Groups Initiative’

In November, the LES Partnership launched applications for the Regional Groups Initiative, which will provide funding and support for participating organisations to develop and implement Low Emission Strategies. Applications have been invited from groups of local authorities and other organisations located broadly within the same geographical area.

The closing date for applications was 11th December. A selection panel has been established by the Partnership Board, to shortlist applications and conduct interviews. The Regional Groups will be announced early in 2010.
